With over 15 years of real estate experience, Nadia Kain brings a deep knowledge of new construction, sales, and marketing to every client she serves. She began her career in 2008, working for a well-known builder and developer in the Ooltewah and East Brainerd areas. Over the course of eight years, she climbed the ranks from Office Assistant to Contracts Manager to Director of Sales and Marketing, playing a key role in the company’s success. When the builder retired, Nadia transitioned into traditional real estate sales and new home sales, working with both buyers and sellers, where she has continued to thrive.
While her expertise is in new home sales and marketing, Nadia has worked with seasoned homeowners, first-time buyers, and everything in between. She is a 2022 graduate of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Leadership Academy and was recently appointed to the Industrial Development Committee for the City of Chattanooga, further demonstrating her commitment to shaping the local real estate landscape.
A Chattanooga native, Nadia earned an associate degree in Biochemistry from Chattanooga State before attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she triple-majored in Business Management, Business Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. She went on to earn her MBA from UTC in 2014, blending her strong analytical background with a passion for strategic real estate solutions.
One of Nadia’s proudest achievements is her work in Whisper Creek at Windstone, where she personally designed many of the floor plans and lot layouts. Seeing the neighborhood come to life fills her with pride, and her experience in new construction allows her to guide clients through the home-building process with confidence and ease. In addition, she has developed a specialty in estate sales, offering compassionate and knowledgeable support to families navigating the complexities of selling a loved one’s home.
Outside of real estate, Nadia enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband, together since 2009, stay busy with their two children—one active in cheerleading competitions and the other passionate about football and basketball. Her chocolate labradoodle, Charlotte, and 17-year-old Himalayan cat add plenty of personality to her home. When she gets a rare moment for herself, she enjoys fitness classes at the YMCA, fishing, and relaxing by the pool.
