As Agent Experience Manager, Elizabeth ensures that The Agency Chattanooga fosters a collaborative, professional, and supportive environment where agents thrive. Since 2022, she has served as Director of Agent Operations for our firm, focusing on compliance, training, and operational excellence. Now, in her expanded role, she provides mentorship, motivation, and strategic resources to help agents not only succeed, but thrive.
A licensed Realtor since 2008, Elizabeth has worked alongside top producers and was one of Chattanooga’s first Transaction Coordinators. She maintains her Tennessee real estate license, equipping her to better support and train the agents she leads. Known for her integrity, honesty, and high standards, she ensures that every transaction meets the highest level of professionalism.
Elizabeth is also passionate about REALTOR® safety, advocating for best practices to help agents stay protected as they navigate the unique risks of the profession. She actively promotes smart, proactive safety measures to ensure agents make wise decisions while working with new clients in unfamiliar places.
Real estate is truly a 24/7 affair for Elizabeth and her significant other, Geoff, who is also a Realtor. Together for the past ten years, they share a deep passion for the industry and are dedicated to giving back, investing their time and resources in causes that matter to them. Elizabeth also serves on the REALTORS®’ Realtor Relief Foundation committee, providing housing-related assistance to disaster-impacted communities. Additionally, she is actively involved with Greater Chattanooga Realtors and Tennessee Realtors, continuously working to elevate the profession.
Beyond real estate, Elizabeth is deeply committed to community service, volunteering for the Coolidge National Medal of Honor Heritage Center, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and Snack Pack Ministry. A devoted animal lover, she adores Zoe and Banks (her chocolate Labs) and Big Dog and Honey (her beloved horses)—and if she had the space, she’d probably adopt every orphaned dog and horse she could find.
